If, you want add logo on the bottom of box of tray, or you want add logo on the lid, then you don't need pay the cost of box mould, you just need pay logo mould cost. According capacity of machine. You need pay the logo mould cost USD 350/USD 1400. USD 350 it is for small machine. The logo size should not bigger than 4*4cm, deeper than 0.3mm.
After you payed the logo mould cost, then each tableware don't need add price.
Laser printing logo:
If you want add logo side of box, then you can choose laser printing logo, then we need laser printing machine to add it. So we need pay the cost of worker. According to the time of each logo. Then each price will add USD 0.01---0.016/pcs.

Which kind film you can choose
PET film:
Waterproof, oil-proof and high temperature resistant, it can be used in an environment of 200 degrees Celsius.
PE film:
The waterproof and oil-proof effect is slightly poor, the price is the cheapest, and can be used at high temperatures of 70/80℃.
PP film:
Waterproof, oil-proof and high temperature resistant to 120 degrees.
PLA film:
Waterproof, oil-proof, degradable, and can be used in high temperatures of 70/80 degrees.
POF (polyolefin) film:
Waterproof and oil-proof, has a freshness-preserving effect, and can be used for about half a month. At a high temperature of 100 degrees.
