A micron-level co-extruded barrier film is bonded directly onto the fiber surface using thermal vacuum lamination without chemical adhesive contamination. This guarantees 100% moisture resistance, oil proofing up to 120°C, zero leak-through during extended display cycles (up to 14–21 days shelf-life under MAP), and complete structural rigidity when nested in chilled display showcases.
