2. Can I get some samples?

Yes, sample can offer for free but need customers afford the transportation cost.

3. Could I use my logo or design the items?

Yes, customized logo and design on mass production are available, but we need authorization. For logo file must AI file. You should afford the mold cost. Or according to your request to put you logo or design.

4. What is delivery time?

Usually the delivery time is 30-40days after confirming order and detail. Delivery time depending on your purchasing quantity and production season.

9. Why your product color difference?

When the bamboo grow up in diffident growth environment, sunlight and other factors, so the nature bamboo color is different.

10. Do you have any harmful substances?

Our tableware main material is 65% bamboo pulp, 25% wood pulp, 10% starch.

Because bamboo is not sweet, so when he grow up, don't need pesticide. When we produce it, we don't add any bleacher, fluorescer, it is all nature.

We don't add Waterproof and oil release agent, we use starch to improve. And we use double pressure technique, (cold press and hot press ).

11. Do you have genetically modified organisms?

Bamboo is wild Plants which grow naturally, it is difference of straw and sugar cane which is cropper to plants, so don't have transgenosis.
